Terms And Conditions

Prices:

Prices shown online are correct but are subject to change at any time without notice. Goods will be invoiced at the prices on the date of despatch. All prices exclude carriage, VAT and import duty or taxes where applicable.

Quotations:

Quotation prices are valid for up to 60 days from the date of the quotation.

Delivery:

Wesbart take no responsibility in the case of a delay or non-delivery. Deliveries from stock are subject to the items remaining unsold on the receipt of order. All claims regarding shortages and errors must be received by Wesbart UK Limited in writing within 48 hours. All orders despatched by Wesbart are shipped DDP (Inconterms 2020) 

Damage and Transit Loss:

Wesbart cannot be held responsible for breakage or loss in transit of any item despatched by the company. In the event of such loss both the carriers and Wesbart must be advised in writing within 48 hours from the despatch date. In case of any item arriving damaged Wesbart should be advised in writing within 48 hours.

Illustrations & specifications:

All products featured online are subject to change in respects of design, material thickness, quality and size by Wesbart without notice. Images are for illustration purposes only and may not represent part number specification or description. All images in this catalogue remain the property of Wesbart and should not be copied or edited without written consent from the management of Wesbart. 

Responsibility:

Wesbart can only be responsible to supply the kind and quality of goods as ordered. It is regretted that Wesbart cannot be liable for loss, damage, costs direct or indirect expenses arising from any item supplied by us. All goods supplied should be tested and examined on receipt. Wesbart cannot be held responsible for incidental or consequential loss.

Warranty and Repairs:

Wesbart offers a 3-year warranty on all manufactured aluminium and stainless steel products. This warranty covers manufacturing defects with the product and by the specification it was supplied under. Wesbart cannot be held responsible for damage or breakage caused by mistreatment of the products in use or by delivery.

Returns and refunds:

Wesbart will accept returns for stock items if unused and in new condition. Returns must be returned in the original packaging. Refunds are only available on stock items and are subject to approval by management. Wesbart has the right to refuse a return or refund for whatever reason. All items which are returned are subject to a re-stocking charge of $70.00

Repairs:

Repairs under warranty are free of charge. Repairs not covered by warranty will be estimated before any work takes place. Wesbart take no responsibility for items which become damaged whist being repaired. All goods returned to Wesbart, (Daux Road, Billingshurst, West Sussex RH14 9YR, United Kingdom) to be repaired should be sent in suitable packaging with carriage (including any import taxes dutys and charges) paid. A return letter listing any product defects should accompany the returned items including the senders address, contact details and order number. 

Terms of payment:

All prices quoted by Wesbartare nett. Our terms of trading are nett 30 days from date of invoice. All payments are to be made in United States Dollars. All goods remain the property of Wesbart until payment is received in full. Online order payment is required when order is placed.
